Gulf Shore Getaway

Construction continues on the Holiday Isle Resort. This Dauphin Island condo project is located on Bienville Blvd. directly east of the Dauphin Island Beach Club on the site of the old Holiday Inn. The Holiday Isle is on track for an early 2007 opening.

When completed the Holiday Isle will contain 144 condo units right on 665 feet of gulf front beach.

Resort amenities will include a luxurious outdoor pool, tennis court. Indoor amenities will include an indoor pool and spa and state-of-the-art fitness center featuring a soothing hot tub, sauna, steam rooms. A clubroom will offer breathtaking views from the second floor. The Holiday Isle's first floor will also house access controlled covered parking.

Individual condo unit amenities in Holiday Isle include nine-foot ceilings with recessed lighting and crown molding throughout. Each unit will have floor to ceiling glass in the living room and master bedroom to maximize Dauphin Island vacationers' views of sand, surf and sunset. Standard amenities also will include granite counter tops with under-mount sinks, stainless kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and whirlpool tub and separate shower in the master bath. Each unit will have high speed Internet, cable TV, and storm shutters. Some units will also include a wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker. Units range in size from 1,202 to 1,866 sq-ft of living space.
