McCrory Building Co. Inc. broke ground today on the $21 million hotel, condo project known as the Towers at the Hilton condominium in Pensacola Beach, Fla. The towers will be connected to the Hilton Garden Inn.
The complex will house condominium owners and hotel vacationers under the same roof, offering each the same amenities and services.
When complete, the building will be 17 stories tall, and feature 92 one, two, and three-bedroom luxury hotel and condo units ranging from $390,000 to $945,000. All units will face the gulf.
The new Pensacola Beach Hotel complex is estimated to open in March of 2007.
